Refund policy

 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and free of stains, with tags attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at maya@newstandardway.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a request first being made will not be accepted. 

Exchange for store credit only. Items purchased are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days after delivery or purchase at vending events. Discounted items are FINAL SALE, due to them not being eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

CONDITIONS

All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. (Free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear or it will not be accepted)

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 

If you do not meet these conditions you will not receive any credit and we will have to return the package back to you. 

​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back. Please note, returns do take 3-10 business days to process. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
