WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ? 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are processed within approximately 2-14 business days. All items are made-to-order therefore some orders may take the full timeframe based on availability of items. Please give about 3-6 business days after fulfillment to receive your order. Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible, based on availability. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

New Standard Way LLC is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it; you will have to contact the United States Postal Service.
